What is Neo Riddle? Is it a Puzzle? Is it an ARG? Is it Art? Is it a Riddle? Is it a Game? The only way to find out is to start playing.

RULES:

• All the riddles are visual only. No need to view the source code, file names, properties, Gimp, Audacity, et cetera. All you need is what's in the images, the title, and the URL.
• Enter the answer at the end of the URL.
• For example, if the answer is "Gullible", (Which by the way is the answer to the final riddle and would allow you to skip every puzzle and enter your name in the hall of fame, so I should really comment this out.) you would enter "https://neoriddle.neocities.org/gullible.html".
• Feel free to use your search engine of choice to research.

• Get a lot of coffee. You'll need it. While I'm at it, I should probably mention that I'm not responsible for a loss of hair, time, nor sleep.
• Don't DM me at 3:00AM asking for hints. I'm not online 24/7. This is just for fun.
• As of right now, this game is in English only. I don't know if translations are possible.
• Beware of fake levels, branches that lead to dead ends, and red herrings!
• Feel free to work together! Combining your knowledge should make things easier! After all: one person's hobby is another person's arcane knowledge!
• Yes, I know this website looks like shit. I'm not a master when it comes to coding (and making puzzles). Don't DM me to say things like "The 1990s called. They want their GeoCities page back!" or "I can't believe you have a place to call home yet you don't have a lot to say!" or "Let's see how long it takes for you to abandon this website!" or "Where's the crackpot theories, inane ramblings, and worm distribution?" or "Egads! A haven of garishly colored pages full of blink tags and animated GIFs!"
